Accelerated File Search is a PC program that searches files on hard drives quickly and efficiently. You won't have to wait for Windows Search to finish anymore, as Accelerated File Search will find files in just one second. It creates a copy of the file system table in RAM, which makes the search process lightning fast and does not require HDD activity.
At the first launch of the program, the index of file system entries is created. This may take a few minutes to finish. After it is done, the program is ready to search files, and it will automatically start up with Windows. You can find its icon in the system tray.
